Your Thoughts on our Website
As regular users of the Commission's services it is important that we ask YOUR views on those services and the information we provide.
We are extremely grateful for all comments received on our website survey. They were all read and noted and will be extremely helpful as we redevelop our website.

Feedback: Answering your Concerns
We are grateful to everyone who provides us with their concerns, comments and suggestions.
Please do take the time to read our report below, which gives information on action we have taken throughout the year (1 August 2009 to 31 July 2010)
Answering Your Concerns
Achievement against our Service Standards
The Commission annually reviews its service standards to ensure it meets its targets and commitments to you.
The At Your Service leaflet (further information in the section below) explains our service standards to let you know what you can expect from us. We regularly monitor our performance against these standards and a report is published on our website annually.
The 2009/2010 review of standards is available here.
At Your Service

The Commission's leaflet, At Your Service, is now in its third year of production, and contains information on
- what services we provide
- how to contact us
- the standards we aim to provide.
Just a reminder that it is available to you all through our website and is normally included with our newsletter.

Charity support
Jeans for Genes Day
On 1st October, staff who work at our Head Office in Maidenhead, wore their jeans to work in support for Jeans for Genes, the UK children's charity that aims to change the world for children with genetic disorders.
By wearing their jeans to work, taking part in various 'jeans related quizzes' and buying raffle tickets, we were delighted to raise £289 for the charity.
