Customer Service Special
Welcome to you all!
Welcome to this special edition of the Commission’s newsletter.
In this issue we are seeking YOUR comments on both the service we provide and our At Your Service leaflet.
The Customer Service Survey (below) is your chance to let us know what you think about the services we offer and the way in which we handle your enquiries.
The comments you provide help us to develop and improve the services we have on offer in the future.
Our next newsletter will be sent on 1st March.
Thank you.
Customer Service Survey
Your Thoughts on our Customer Service?
As regular users of the Commission's services it is important that we ask YOUR views on our services and the information we provide.
This is a one off newsletter, asking for YOUR comments; any you can provide us with, are always most welcome and used for developing our service to you.
The Commission holds the Charter Mark Award for Customer Service Excellence and is committed to making the service we provide to you - be it on the phone, in writing, or in person – the best possible experience.
To help us improve our levels of Customer Service, and better understand your requirements, we are requesting those of you who contact the Commission's Enquiries Section complete the attached survey.
Your assistance in completing this survey is very much appreciated. We are extremely grateful for all comments received.
Fromelles Update
As many of you are aware, on Saturday 30 January, at 11am, the first of 250 Australian and British soldiers was reinterred at Fromelles (Pheasant Wood) Military Cemetery.
This was the symbolic start of the reburial stage, which will see around 30 reinterments taking place each Monday, Wednesday and Friday in February.
The Fromelles website contains information on this ceremony and the reburials taking place this month.
