To continue with our Marketing Strategy Deriaz Slater LLP has added Virtual Tours to help promote the commercial property market. The tours will demonstrate maximum amount of exposure.  The 360° view is as if you were actually standing there. This will help applicants make decisions more quickly, conveniently and confidently.

Virtual tours allow you to move easily between different rooms or places and obtain an overall picture of the property to see an example of a Deriaz Virtual Tour Simple

PLANNING POLICY STATEMENT: Planning for the Historic Environment (PPS5)

Main Content Inline Small

The last of the Labour Government's roll out of updated planning policy statements concluded with Planning for the Historic Environment (PPS5)

The PPS sets the framework for a new, integrated approach to the historic environment and 'heritage assets', bringing the distinction between buildings, archaeological remains and landscapes under one umbrella term. This will provide the basis for a unified approach to planning permission and listed building consent applications in future.

What is important to be aware of is that the new PPS will immediately be a material consideration in all decisions that have yet to be formally taken, regardless of when consultation on those applications took place."
